<!-- H1 --> Making the Most of Your Membership
<!-- INTRO --> Every All-In member is somewhere different. Some of you have a race locked in and a training block underway. Some are between goals, with nothing specific on the calendar right now. Some are injured, resting, or in a deliberate off-season. Some are navigating perimenopause and want training that actually accounts for it. It is one membership, but it works differently depending on where you are. This guide covers all four. Find your situation below and start there.

<!-- ================= SECTION 1: RACE TRAINING ================= --> Section 01 On a Program for a Specific Event You have a race in the diary. Here is where to start.
Trail Note 01 Find your program first Everything else in your membership works better once you have a training program underway. As an All-In member, our core distance-based programs, our strength programs, and Base Camp are already there for you from day one. Navigate to Programs in your member portal and find the one that matches your distance and terrain. If you are not sure which one fits, post in Coaching Corner or message us. That is not a small question. It is the right first question. Want something built specifically around your race? That is what Request a Program in the HT Community Hub is for. Post your event and date there and we will build toward it. New programs go up every Friday.
Trail Note 02 Use the circles, and keep Base Camp close Her Trails circles are where members with similar goals find each other. If you are training for a specific event, you will likely find a circle built around that race. Join it, post your questions, your doubts, your wins, and your rough weeks. And if a circle for your race does not exist yet, Trail Chat is always open. Your race program is not the whole membership either. Base Camp is the evergreen library that sits underneath every program: strength and mobility sessions, fuelling and recovery guidance, female physiology and cycle support, meditation, journaling, the Trail Chats podcast, and expert workshops. Dip into it whenever a session calls for extra mobility work or your head needs a reset.
Trail Note 03 The weeks before a race matter differently As you get closer to your race, the way you use your membership will shift. Long runs become more specific, recovery becomes more important, and the anxiety that arrives in the final weeks is normal and worth naming. Lean on the community in those weeks, come to the Monday coaching call (replays are available if you cannot make it live), and if you hit a moment of doubt, reach out in Coaching Corner before it becomes a wall.
Her Trails Coaching Cue Do not start building your own schedule before you have looked at what already exists for your race. The programs are built specifically for women, with female physiology in mind. That context matters.

<!-- ================= SECTION 2: BETWEEN GOALS ================= --> Section 02 When You Are in Between Training Goals No race on the calendar right now. That does not mean your membership is on pause.
Trail Note 01 Base Camp is your home for right now Base Camp is not tied to any single program. It is the evergreen library you return to between races: strength and mobility sessions, fuelling and recovery guidance, female physiology and cycle support, meditation, journaling, the Trail Chats podcast, and expert workshops. When there is no race pulling your training in one direction, Base Camp is the place to build the foundations that make the next program easier.
Trail Note 02 Use Training Cycles to stay sharp Her Training Cycles and the Training Cycles Maintenance Program exist for exactly this stage, built to keep your fitness, strength, and consistency moving forward without the structure of a race-specific block. Find them in Programs alongside our core distance-based options, already there for you as an All-In member. If you are not sure which one suits where you are at, post in Coaching Corner and we will help you choose.
Trail Note 03 Stay in Trail Chat Without a race-specific circle to post in, Trail Chat is where you stay connected to the community. It is open to every member, race goal or not, and it is often where the next idea for what you might train for shows up. Coaching Corner is also open the whole time, not just during a program.
Her Trails Coaching Cue A gap between goals is not wasted time. It is when your aerobic base, your strength, and your relationship with running get built or rebuilt. Do not treat it as a hold pattern.

<!-- ================= SECTION 3: INJURED / OFF-SEASON ================= --> Section 03 When You Are Injured or in the Off-Season Injured or resting. Your membership still has a place for you.
Trail Note 01 Join The Rebuild Circle The Rebuild Circle is for members working their way back, whether that is from injury, illness, or a long stretch off. It is a place to post honestly about a hard week, ask a question you would not want to post in a general channel, and hear from women doing the same slow work. You do not need to have a plan yet to join, you just need to be in the process.
Trail Note 02 Base Camp has your recovery library Base Camp is not tied to any single program, which makes it the right home while running is off the table or scaled back. Strength and mobility sessions, recovery guidance, meditation, and journaling all live there, along with the Trail Chats podcast and expert workshops. Use it to keep moving in ways that support the comeback rather than compete with it.
Trail Note 03 Talk to us before you build your own comeback plan Post in Coaching Corner before you decide how and when to return to training. A niggle, a diagnosis, or a long break each ask for a different approach, and a second set of eyes on your plan is worth more here than guessing alone.
Her Trails Coaching Cue Coming back from injury is not a race against your old self. It is a slow, deliberate rebuild of trust between you, your body, and the trail.

<!-- ================= SECTION 4: PERIMENOPAUSE ================= --> Section 04 For Women Who Are Perimenopausal Your body is changing. Your membership was built to change with it.
Trail Note 01 Her Shift and the Strength, Cycle Insights and Peri Support circle Her Shift is the Perimenopause Foundation Course inside your membership, built specifically around this life stage. Alongside it, the Strength, Cycle Insights and Peri Support circle is where members navigating perimenopause connect, ask questions, and share what is working. Start with Her Shift if you have not already, then join the circle.
Trail Note 02 Base Camp holds the physiology content Base Camp carries female physiology and cycle support content alongside strength, mobility, fuelling, and recovery sessions. It sits underneath every program, so whatever race or training block you are in, this content is available at the same time. Use it to pair with whatever program you are following, not instead of it.
Trail Note 03 Bring hormone-specific questions to Coaching Corner Sleep disruption, changing recovery windows, joint sensitivity, and shifting energy are all real training variables. Post about them in Coaching Corner rather than pushing through alone. They shape how a program should be adjusted for you, and that is exactly what coaching is for.
Her Trails Coaching Cue Stronger does not mean more. In perimenopause, the recovery dose you need often increases even as your drive to push harder stays the same. Respecting that is not a step back. It is the strategy.

<!-- CLOSING --> Wherever you are right now, your membership was built to meet you there. If you are ever unsure which of these fits, or your situation sits between two of them, post in Coaching Corner and we will help you figure out where to start.
