About Her Trails
Her Trails is a trail running and transformation platform for women, built around expert-coached programs, weekly live coaching calls, strength and mobility, cycle-aware training, and a community of women who genuinely show up for each other. From 5km to 100 miles, from first trail steps to ultra-distance goals.
Explore Her Trails →It's built for women, not gender-neutral coaching tweaked at the edges. The whole approach, from perimenopause content to strength design to recovery framing, is built around how women actually train, recover and live. The community is real, with in-person group runs rather than a leaderboard. The coaching is honest, with every question answered by name and the level of support stated clearly. And the voice on the weekly call is Sam Gash, who has run the distances herself.
Trail Notes is the Her Trails community letter: stories, insights, training wisdom and honest conversation from the trails. You'll hear from Samantha Gash and the team about what we're learning, running, and thinking. It's written with intention and sent only when there's something worth saying.
The All In Membership
The All In Membership is how you train with Her Trails: real coaching, your race programs, the community and the library, all in one place. It comes in three options, so you can choose the level of personal support that suits you and move up whenever you're ready. Every option includes the weekly live group coaching call (through term time) with Sam Gash, your training program, the full community and your pre-loaded library. The options build on each other:
- All In is the foundation: weekly group coaching, your programs, community and library.
- All In Coaching includes everything in All In, and adds personal coaching contact through the year plus guided strength cohorts.
- Pro includes everything in All In Coaching, and adds continuous one-to-one coaching from the team across a focused 20-week block.
All In is the foundation level and the heart of Her Trails. Here is everything you get:
Your weekly coaching
- A weekly one-hour live group coaching call (through term time) with Sam Gash, run live with a recording you can watch back any time.
- A 24-hour written recap after every call, where every question submitted that week is addressed by name.
- The Coaching Calls and Questions channel, where you can post a question any time. Anything in by Sunday 9pm is prioritised for that week's call.
Your community
- The Her Trails community hub, with circles built around the topics that matter to our women.
- Race and event circles for the goals women are training toward, each a place to find resources, guides and research and to gather with others working toward the same thing.
- Life-stage circles for the seasons women move through, including perimenopause, returning to run postpartum, injury and recovery, and the off season, with resources and a community to lean on in each.
- Circles for adventures, gear and connection, where women share what they have learned and find their people.
- Free attendance at in-person Her Trails meetups and group runs.
Your training programs
- One active race-specific program at a time, chosen from the full Her Trails catalogue and loaded for you through your onboarding form.
- A completion code when you finish a program, which you redeem to choose your next one, so you're always focused on one goal at a time.
Your library, yours to keep the whole time
- 5km, 10km and Half Trail Foundations, plus 10km Find Your Fast.
- Taper to Race Week and Recovery Week programs.
- The Her Strength library, self-paced.
- The Trail Chats podcast.

All In does not include one-to-one calls, training data review, or a custom-built program. Those come with All In Coaching and Pro.
All In Coaching includes everything in All In, and adds personal coaching contact through your year:
Personal coaching
- A 20 to 30 minute onboarding call with a coach from the Her Trails HQ team. We allocate your coach based on your onboarding form responses, so you're matched with the right person from the start.
- Two 20-minute 1:1 coaching calls to use across the year, whenever you need them, whether that's a new race build, a setback, a change of plan, or working out what's next.
Strength
- Access to our guided strength cohort intakes, with two intakes a year, named start dates and a small group of women training alongside you.
- A dedicated strength channel for ongoing questions and dialogue between cohorts.
And a few extras
- Your assigned coach visible in your portal.
- Priority for strength cohort waitlists.
- Early visibility of Pro intake windows before they open more widely.
All In Coaching does not include continuous between-program analysis or training data review. That is what Pro is for.
Pro is our deepest level of support: continuous one-to-one coaching from the Her Trails team across a focused 20-week block. It includes everything in All In Coaching during your block, plus:
Your own coaching portal
- A personalised program path, where your named coach hand-arranges Her Trails programs into a plan built around you.
- Voice memos from your coach with automatic transcription, so you can listen or read.
- Recordings of your live sessions with AI-generated summaries.
- Direct in-portal messaging with your named coach.
- A scheduler so you can book your calls around your coach's availability.
- Assignment tracking, where you upload training logs, journal entries and video clips.
- A structured Weekly Check-In, our rhythm for reviewing your training. You keep using whatever tracker you already have (Strava, Garmin, Apple Health or paper), and the coaching happens in the conversation about it.
Your scheduled calls across the block
- A prep call before your training block begins.
- A mid-block recalibration call.
- A post-event analysis call.
Team depth around you
- A quarterly multi-coach call, with at least two coaches in the room for a collective perspective.
- A private Pro circle of around 10 to 15 women across overlapping blocks, moderated by the Her Trails team.
- Form feedback through video upload and a voice-memo response.
- Strength prescribed inside your individual race build.
While you're in a Pro block
- You keep full access to the weekly group call, the whole community and strength cohort access.
How you join Pro
- Pro is members-only and by application, opened in published intake windows.
- Your application covers your race goal (50km or 100km) or your reason for wanting deeper support.
- Pro athletes get priority to renew at the next intake window.
Pro is structured asynchronous coaching, not always-on messaging. Responses are typically within 24 to 48 hours, and entry is through intake windows rather than mid-block.
Every option can be paid in instalments or upfront, and paying upfront saves you the most:
- All In: $199 per quarter, or $700 for the year upfront (saving $96).
- All In Coaching: $299 per quarter, or $1,050 for the year upfront (saving $146).
- Pro: four monthly payments of $600, or $2,150 upfront for your 20-week block (saving $250).
Most women start with All In: it gives you real coaching every week, a program for your race, the full community and your library, and you can do everything you need from there. Choose All In Coaching if you also want personal coaching contact through the year, with a coach matched to you at the start, two 1:1 calls to use as you need them, and guided strength cohorts. Choose Pro if you're training for a 50km or 100km goal, or you want continuous one-to-one coaching and structured weekly review across a full 20-week block. You can always begin at All In and move up whenever you're ready, and your work comes with you.
Yes. Life happens: injury, travel, a busy season, a body that needs rest. You can step back without losing what you've built. Pause when you need to, and come back to a year of work still waiting in your portal. No starting over.
Programs and Training
Yes. You choose any race-specific program from the Her Trails catalogue and we load it for you. You run one core program at a time, so you're always focused on the event in front of you. When you finish, you receive a completion code that you redeem to choose what's next. The Foundations, Taper and Recovery programs stay in your portal the whole time, ready whenever you need them.
We build race-specific programs for Australia and New Zealand's key trail events: Ultra-Trail Australia, Buffalo Stampede, Surf Coast Century, UTMB Kosciuszko, Grampians Peaks Trail, Roller Coaster, Two Bays, Tarawera, Bondi to Manly, the Sydney and Melbourne Marathons, and many more. New programs are added throughout the year.

Each week through term time, Sam Gash runs a live one-hour group call, real coaching rather than a webinar. Drop your question into the Coaching Calls and Questions channel any time (posts in by Sunday 9pm are prioritised for that week), bring it live, or post in the community for peer answers. Every question that comes in gets covered, on the call or in the 24-hour recap that follows. Can't make it live? The recording and recap come to you. The weekly call is part of every option.
At All In, your coaching happens in the weekly group call (through term time) and its recap, where every question is answered by name. If you want personal one-to-one contact, that's what the higher options add: All In Coaching gives you a 20 to 30 minute onboarding call with a coach from the Her Trails HQ team (matched to you from your onboarding form), plus two 20-minute 1:1 calls across the year to use as you need them. Pro gives you continuous one-to-one coaching from the team across a 20-week block. You can move up whenever you're ready.
