While our standalone programs are powerful foundations for individual goals, the All-In Membership is designed to help you sequence your intentions with clarity and care: on and off the trails. It supports the bigger picture of your movement, mindset and recovery seasons.

Because often, it’s not during the program where we lose momentum, it’s afterwards. When the structure fades, so can the sense of progress. Every Her Trails program blends strength, mobility, running, recovery and mindset: all designed to meet you exactly where you are.

From our 5km Foundation program to the Find Your Fast 6-week block, from 50km ultras in the Blue Mountains to 100-mile missions on the GPT: each cycle includes structured sessions, weekly coaching insights and a clear weekly overview with built-in flexibility.

Whether you’re tackling your first trail or training through perimenopause, you’ll be supported with:
