The UTA 50 can be approached as just another race in the mountains. But when you train with Her Trails, you choose to see it as something more. An opportunity to build patience, resilience, and self-trust. A process that asks not only how strong you are, but how well you can move through challenge with awareness and intent.

This 20-week, phase-based program is designed for women who want their training to shape them, not consume them. Women who value consistency over intensity, depth over noise, and arriving on the start line feeling prepared, grounded, and confident in the work they’ve done.

Designed by female coaches who have run the course themselves, this program blends lived experience with intelligent structure. It prepares you for the terrain, the cumulative fatigue, and the quieter moments where composure, restraint, and good decision-making matter more than pushing harder.

What Your Training Experience Includes

Course-Specific Conditioning

Weekly run sessions reflecting UTA 50 elevation, terrain shifts, and cumulative fatigue demands.

Strength for Durability

Progressive strength blocks supporting joints, posture, and long-run resilience.

Mobility and Recovery

How to Access UTA 50 Program

There are two ways to train with Her Trails for UTA 50, depending on whether you’re looking for full-season support or purely for this event.

Option 1 • All-In Membership

The UTA 50 program is included in our All-In Membership, designed for runners who want ongoing coaching, flexibility, and support beyond a single race.
