"This membership changed what I believe is possible."

Back in 2019, Sasha Layton watched her husband run a half marathon and thought she wished she could do that. She started running again after 12 years off and found Her Trails.

This March, on International Women's Day, she completed her longest distance yet: 27km at the Warburton Redwoods Rush. The 14-week program helped her stay focused and build belief.

She pushed through 500m of elevation, knee pain, heat and doubt, and crossed that finish line supported by the cheers of the Her Trails crew. She has since set her sights on 50km.
