This session provides focused coaching advice and troubleshooting. It does not include an individually written training program, ongoing monitoring or unlimited messaging after the session.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

Coaching does not replace medical, physiotherapy, psychological or dietetic care. Where appropriate, we may recommend seeking support from a suitably qualified health practitioner.
