Welcome to Her Trails. You are now part of a community of women who train seriously, live full lives, and refuse to choose between the two.

The first few days in a new platform can feel like a lot. Here is what is here, where to find it, and how to start.

01 · The Community

You are here.

The HT Community Hub is your home. Channels are organised by topic: welcome, general chat, Trail Chat, fuelling, gear and recommendations. From there you reach your life stage circle (Her Peri, Injury & Recovery, Postpartum, Off Season, Adventures) and, if you are training for a major event, the Pinnacle Event Community Connect hub.

Where to start

02 · Your Programs

Your training library.

Your membership gives full access to every Her Trails program. Some live in Base Camp, always on. Others are structured programs you request as you plan your race calendar.

Always on in Base Camp

→ Base Camp, your home base: the standalone strength, mobility and recovery library, plus orientation and quick reference.

→ Foundations (5km, 10km, Half Marathon)

→ Taper to Race Week

→ Recovery Week

To request a structured program, your race and distance programs, or the structured strength blocks Her Strength (6 weeks) and Her Strength Peri Power (8 weeks), post your race, distance and date in the Programs channel.

03 · Coaching Calls

Where you bring the real stuff.

Sam (Head Coach) runs a live group coaching call every week during school term. Bring what is actually coming up: injury questions, pacing worries, race nerves, life context affecting training. Open to all members at both tiers.

Ask live, or post in the coaching call channel in advance. The replay goes up straight after, with answers to every question from that week.

04 · Your Tier

All In, or All In Coaching.

Both tiers give you everything above. The difference is how much personal contact you have with Sam beyond the weekly call. A full post on each tier is pinned in this channel.

You do not need to use everything at once.

Start with the call. Post your intro. Request your first program. The rest falls into place from there.
