UTA 11: The 14-Week Training Program

A female-first training experience designed to help you move confidently across forest trails, long stair sections, and technical descents in the Blue Mountains.

The UTA 11 is short in distance, but it is not casual. It rewards runners who can manage effort on the stairs, stay composed on descents, and keep moving efficiently when legs start to feel heavy.

Over 14 weeks, we build the aerobic base, strength, and confidence needed to meet this course calmly, without rushing or second-guessing yourself.

Blue Mountains–built. We know how this terrain feels underfoot: the endless stairs, shaded forest paths, narrow singletrack, and the mental challenge of climbing when you can hear the finish but not yet see it.

What makes Her Trails different

We train the whole runner. You will build fitness and strength, and you will also learn how to manage nerves, effort, and recovery so training feels supportive, not overwhelming.

We coach in real time. Weekly coaching calls and community support mean you are never left wondering if you are doing “enough” or doing it right.

Built by and for women. Female physiology, psychology, and real-life load shape how this program is structured and how you are supported.

You are not just following a plan. This is a guided training experience with context, education, and connection that evolves with you week by week.

Train wherever you are. Trails, stairs, treadmill, or road. We coach effort and intent so progress continues, even when conditions are not perfect.

Ways to access this program

You can join the Roller Coaster 23 training experience in the way that best fits your season, goals, and level of ongoing support.

Option 1: Standalone Program

Best if Roller Coaster 23 is your primary focus this season.

You’ll receive full access to the 16-week Roller Coaster 23 program, including structured run sessions, strength and mobility work, weekly coaching calls, and the program community, all delivered via the Her Trails app.

Option 2: Her Trails All-In Membership

Ideal if you want ongoing support beyond a single race.

The All-In Membership includes this program, plus access to all race-specific and all-season programs, Base Camp, Strength for Runners, and weekly group Pro Coaching calls.

Many runners choose this option if they want flexibility across multiple goals and seasons.
