This 12-week program is designed for women who are building (or rebuilding) their base. Whether you are coming back from a break, recovering from injury, or stepping onto the trails for the first time, we meet you here: with structure, support, and a clear path forward.
The Program
Building your foundation for trail half marathon
This is one of our distance-based foundational programs, designed to prepare you for a trail half marathon with structure and support. You will develop endurance, technical skill, and strength, alongside mobility, recovery, and mindset tools. If you have a specific race in mind, our intro content includes guidance on how to adapt your elevation and terrain training to match your goal.
The program roll out: you will receive immediate access to all introductory materials. You will also be welcomed into our Coaching Corner and Her Trails Community Hub for ongoing support. From there, each training week is released on the Saturday prior to the new week to support rhythm and progression.

Built around your physiology, psychology, and lived experience. Cycle-aware adaptation is built in, and the program respects the reality that energy, motivation and capacity shift across the month. Approximately 80% of sessions sit at conversational effort.

Structured for growth, flexible for real life. Your week is released each Saturday so you meet each week where you are. Flex days are built in for energy and load management, because consistency matters more than perfection.
Whole-Person Training
We coach beyond fitness: into mindset, recovery, and nervous system support. Nutrition, female physiology insights, and mental resilience tools are layered throughout the program, not bolted on as extras.
Fully Mobile
Train anywhere, on your schedule. All sessions, coaching content and community are accessible via the Kajabi platform and app. Your program goes where you go.
