Her Trails Coaching
Half Trail Marathon: Intermediate
Program for Women
12 weeks of structured, expert-led training designed for intermediate trail runners ready to build endurance, climb with confidence and cross a 21.1km finish line feeling strong.
The Program
Built around the whole of your life
Whether you are stepping up to the trail half marathon distance for the first time or returning with more experience, this 12-week program builds your physical and mental capacity for climbing, technical terrain and longer efforts on uneven ground. The structure fits around your life, not the other way around.
If you have a specific race in mind, our intro content includes guidance on how to adapt your elevation and terrain training to match your goal. You will be guided by experts and connected with a community of women who understand the journey.
The program roll out: you will receive immediate access to all introductory materials and be welcomed into our Coaching Corner and Her Trails Community Hub. From there, each training week is released on the Saturday prior to the new week to support rhythm and progression.
Why Her Trails
More than a training plan
We train the whole runner
Climbing legs and aerobic endurance, alongside nervous system support, cycle alignment and staying connected to what matters to you beyond the trail.
Strength builds the trail
Not everyone can access varied terrain every week. Our integrated strength and mobility sessions build the climbing power, downhill resilience and stability your body needs, wherever you train.
We coach in real time
Live weekly coaching and community calls to get your questions answered, troubleshoot roadblocks and stay anchored in a shared journey.
Built by and for women
Created by a team that understands female physiology, psychology and the realities of training around life. Cycle-aware adaptation is built in.
