The Buffalo Stampede is one of Australia’s most iconic ultra-mountain events, 100km of steep ascents, punishing descents and technical singletrack, set in the rugged beauty of Bright, Victoria.

With over 5,000m of elevation gain, this course demands far more than endurance: it calls for strategy, resilience and terrain-specific preparation.

This 20-week holistic program is built around the Buffalo course. From structured vert loading to recovery integration, it’s designed to guide you through the climbs, descents and mental demands: with space to train hard, adapt with care, and arrive ready.

You'll be supported by weekly live coaching, female-first expertise and a community of women who get it, all while balancing training with the realities of work, family and life’s other demands.
