Our T102 Program is your complete training companion for the Tarawera Ultra 102km—designed to build the endurance, strength, and mental resilience you need to cross the finish line strong. With progressive long runs, hill-focused sessions, and proven pacing strategies, you’ll be fully prepared for the elevation and distance.
You’ll also receive expert support in mindset, nutrition, and mobility—so you can train smarter, recover faster, and prevent injury. Whether it's your first 100km or you're chasing a stronger performance, this program will guide you through every technical trail and challenging climb—all the way to the finish.

What’s included in your 20-week program:
- 4–6 structured run sessions per week: designed to progressively build your endurance and mental resilience for the 102km distance. Our expert coaches will guide you through each session, ensuring you safely and effectively progress towards your Tarawera 102km goal.
- 1–2 strength training sessions weekly: tailored to enhance your trail running performance and endurance with a focus on strength, power, and stability.
- 1–2 mobility or yoga sessions: to improve your flexibility, range of motion, and body alignment while helping prevent injuries and improve trail running efficiency.
- Access to our Base Camp: a comprehensive online resource offering content on nutrition, hydration, physical therapy, and women-specific topics to support your journey.
- Weekly mindset episodes with Coach Sam: focused on mental training, practical insights, and tips to overcome obstacles and build ultra-distance resilience.
