Base Camp is your home base on the platform: strength and mobility sessions, fuelling and recovery, female physiology and cycle support, meditation, journaling, expert workshops. Not tied to a race or a season, always there, always relevant.
Her Training Cycles teaches you to work with your hormonal phases, not against them. Her Strength Orientation establishes your physical baseline. By the end of your first few weeks, you know your body, your platform, and your next goal.
Your race block. With strength and physiology built in.
Move into the program built for your event: Half Trail Marathon Progressions, Find Your Fast for a 10km PB, or a 100km ultra block. Each is female-first, terrain-specific, and paced to your race date. Her Strength (6 weeks) runs alongside it: durable, powerful athlete foundations.
If you are in perimenopause, Her Shift adapts your running, strength, nutrition and recovery to your changing hormones. Weekly group coaching every Monday keeps the block calibrated. Nothing in the membership runs in isolation.
Taper. Race week. Recovery. Then the next goal.
Race Ready (3 weeks, female-first) covers your taper, race-week protocols, and return to training. Built specifically for women: how your hormones affect recovery, when to push, when to pull back, how to come back without losing what you built.
And your A goal does not need to be your only race. B events sit inside a training block as supported tune-ups: a local 10km mid-block, a shorter trail race four weeks out. Race Ready applies every time.
Then the platform sequences forward. Base Camp, a Find Your Fast 10km cycle, a strength focus, or the next race block. Her Training Cycles keeps you cycle-aware through every transition. Goal to goal, season to season.
