10km Progressions: Intermediate Trail Runners

Included in your All-In Membership: This 8-week experience is for runners with an existing base who are ready to sharpen their trail skills and elevate their 10km performance. With a focus on technical terrain, climbing strength and sustained effort, it offers a structured, holistic path to build confidence and efficiency in more challenging environments.

  • 1 weekly strength session: Develop the stability and durability needed for longer efforts, climbs and descents.
  • 1 yoga or mobility session: Restore movement and support recovery.
  • Weekly live coaching calls: Stay anchored in the process with real-time input and shared momentum.
  • Daily community access: Connect with women who understand the wins, wobbles and everything in between.
