Choose a race. Start the program.
Pick a race on the Her Trails calendar and access the program built for it: 84 daily sessions, 12 weeks, written for your terrain and target distance. Base Camp and Her Training Cycles sit alongside it from day one.
The weekly Monday coaching call gives you a place to ask questions, check in on training decisions, and hear what others on the same program are working through. The habit forms here.
If there is a B event before your A goal, Race Ready applies then too. It is a supported tune-up inside the block, not a detour from it.
You start the race knowing you prepared for this course.
Not just the distance. The terrain transitions. The elevation profile. The descent in the final third. The program has been specific, and you feel that on the start line.
Members find each other at races. The training you did inside the platform becomes shared experience on course. You cross the finish line and already know what the next program is.

The ones we hear most often.
How does the 12-month commitment work? +
You commit for 12 months and are billed quarterly: four payments of $199 (All-In) or $299 (All-In Coaching). You have 14 days from your first payment to change your mind. Cancel within those 14 days and there is no charge, no questions.
Can I access all programs immediately? +
Yes. Every program on the platform is unlocked from day one. You can start your race program, move through Base Camp, run Her Strength alongside it, and access Her Training Cycles and Her Shift from your first login.
What if I have a B event during my training block? +
B events fit inside your block as supported tune-ups. A local 10km mid-block, a shorter trail race four weeks before your A goal. Race Ready applies every time you race, not just your main event. The weekly coaching call is a good place to plan how to fit B events into your block.
I am new to trail running. Is this the right level? +
Programs are structured for different experience levels. Base Camp and Her Strength Orientation are a strong starting point. The weekly coaching call gives you a place to ask questions as you find your footing on the platform and on trails.
What is the difference between the group call and the 1:1? +
The weekly Monday group coaching call is live, open to all members, and covers training questions across the whole cohort. The 1:1 (All-In Coaching only) is one session per quarter with Sam, focused entirely on your program, your body, and your goals. The holistic blueprint that follows is built specifically from that conversation.
What happens after 12 months? +
You continue with a new 12-month commitment at the same pricing. Most members have a new A race on the calendar before their current year is done. The platform and the community grow with you.
