Program Starts: 29 September 2025 • 20 weeks

A true endurance test across lake shores, redwood forests, & native bush. With runnable stretches that invite rhythm & climbs that demand patience. T102 rewards strategy as much as fitness. The goal is to hold steady, fuel wisely, & staying strong when the trail keeps asking.

This 20-week program helps you:

T50: 52 km • ~1,150 m gain

Race Date: 14 February 2026

Program Starts: 29 September 2025 • 20 weeks

The T50 winds through towering redwoods, native bush and lakeside trails. Steep climbs and technical sections demand resilience, while runnable stretches reward pacing and patience. A distance that blends challenge with flow: testing your endurance, strength and strategy.

This 20-week program helps you:

  • âś” Balance runnable trails with technical efficiency

T21: 23 km • ~400 m gain

Race Date: 14 February 2026

Program Starts: 24 November 2025 • 12 weeks

Short, beautiful and honest: redwoods, native forest and lakeside singletrack. Quick pinches test form, roots and steps ask for agile footwork, and the runnable sections reward calm pacing and patient effort.

This 12-week program helps you:
